In this 500KB, very large picture, you can see the constellation Cygnus (also called the Swan, or Northern Cross). It is on a line straight up over her head, but tipped about 15 degrees to the right. That is about 1 o'clock, if the center of the cross lined up with the hands of a clock. The center of the clock would be about halfway between Elizabeth's head and the top of the picture.
