Step 1. QuickTime If you have QT 5+, the graphic at the left matches the movie on the right. If the movie says "Get QT 5", do it! Don't worry, it is free and so wonderful. (Note: if you see a black rectangle with grid or nothing to the right, try reloading or refreshing the page. With earlier QT, you see around, but not up and down.)

Step 2. Light Switch In the movie, the first to appear is the "Expansion of Consciousness Teacher" button. Turn the magenta light off or on with a click. Be patient. It might take more than one click to toggle the button, since it is flying. These pictures show how it works. Ready?

Step 3. Movie The bigger the movie, the finer the detail. The smaller the movie, the quicker the download. The teacher button appears before the movie is fully downloaded (as shown in the pictures above). Pick a QTVR movie:

1. Full size (8.3 MB)
2. Large size (2.5 MB)
3. Medium large size (1.5 MB)
4. Medium size (0.7 MB)
5. Small size (0.3 MB)
6. Smaller size (0.17 MB)
7. Alternatively, visit the temple twanger for interactive sounds (.3MB)
