Spring Snow - alternate photos

These photos show the painting Spring Snow as of June, 2001 at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, in storage. The main page shows the painting in progress, lacking color, birds, landscape detail, and snowflakes. You can see these features in the photos:

Spring Snow - cooler and sharper colors in large (167KB) or medium (41KB) size. Glare distorts the middle of the evergreen tree. The top of the painting is cut off.

Spring Snow - warmer colors in large (127KB) or medium (35KB) size. Glare above and soft focus obscure detail.
